Klaus-Dieter Stork is a certified freelance Business Coach and Change Management Consultant.
Since 2018, he has specialized in career counseling, outplacement, and organizational change. From 2014 to 2018, he was Managing Director of Taunusdienste, a non-profit employment promotion organization, overseeing personnel, project development, and new initiatives.
Previously, he held leadership roles in cultural management, including Head of Department for the City of Hanau (2001–2014) and Chief of Staff for the Department of Culture and Leisure in Frankfurt (1994–2001), managing large teams and coordinating strategic cultural projects. Early in his career, he was Managing Director of Jugendwerk AWO Kreisverband Frankfurt, overseeing youth services and local committees.
In 2006, Klaus-Dieter Stork joined PERSPECTIV, serving as a board member from 2006 to 2014, and currently holding the position of Treasurer since 2024.
